STEP 2: Tour Buildings
You review the building list and select the ones that best fit your business’ needs. You tell us which buildings you would like to tour. We then arrange tours of those buildings for you. You will meet onsite with the Landlord Agent at each property you choose and have a personal tour of the building and the space. After the tours we will solicit proposals for the buildings you like the most and we will work with you to negotiate the best terms from each.
STEP 3: Sign Lease and Move In!
You will then decide which proposal to accept and we will work with the Landlords to send you the lease. You review and negotiate the lease. Once the lease is finalized, you sign-it and move in!
