Molina's Fulshear Location

One of Houston’s oldest restaurants to open Fulshear location

Molina’s Cantina, a Houston Tex-Mex restaurant that dates back to 1941, plans to open a location west of Houston in late 2019.

The new location, at 6300 FM 1463 in Fulshear, will occupy a 5,800-square-foot end cap space in a new retail development, according to a press release. The restaurant will seat about 220, and the space will include a side patio and breezeway plus a dedicated full-service bar. The menu will feature Molina’s classic Tex-Mex and Mexican fare, such as signature combo plates, old-school enchiladas, sizzling fajitas, tacos and the restaurant’s Jose’s Dip plus margaritas, Mexican lagers and more.

The new 40,000-square-foot retail project, Shoppes at Creek Crossing, is being developed by Houston-based Clinard Properties and leased by Houston-based Fox & Graham Real Estate, according to Clinard’s website. Shoppes at Creek Crossing will be near the soon-to-be completed West Park Tollway as well as the Cinco Ranch and Cross Creek Ranch master-planned communities.
